1) “ LEARNIFY ACADEMY & CONSULTING”,reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force-majeure events  ( like Natural Clamities, political instabilities or govertment Instructions, etc.)

A). Students from INDIA Only:

a) If “ LEARNIFY ACADEMY & CONSULTING” cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate with in 15 days

b) If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or more, prior to the event, 75% of total paid amount will be refunded back to the delegate

c) If a cancellation is done by a delegate less than 7 days, prior to the event. Delegate can get the amount adjusted by opting for training on some other dates ( Provided Batches is created ). No refund will be made only adjusted will be made against other cources / dates.

d) If delegate attends atleast 1 class and is not able to continue the training or complete couse because of any personal reasons. No refunds will be made

B) Students from Abroad Only:

a) If “LEARNIFY ACADEMY & CONSULTING” cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate with in 15 days

b) If a cancellation is done by a delegate , prior to the event, Delegate can get the amount adjusted by opting for training on some other dates ( Provided Batches is created ). No refund will be made only adjusted will be made against other cources / dates.
